The Big Dog Nationwide Distribution Network

Cold-rolled steel prices have doubled since October of 2007, and fuel prices continue to rise. The result is a passing on of higher product and shipping costs to you, whether it's lockers, shelving, bleachers or other storage products.

We strive to keep the increases as low as possible. As a nationwide distribution system representing multiple manufacturers, we offer our customers not only additional product options but also more FOB points, with potential large savings on freight costs.

Manufacturers today realize the importance of having nationwide distribution points. For example, Penco has east and west coast distribution facilities (as well as a new Memphis, TN distribution center), as does Republic Storage Systems. Hallowell-List also has one of the best and most efficient distribution systems in the industry.

Bear in mind that Penco, Hallowell, Republic and our other manufacturers also have stocking distributors throughout the country (not listed on this map). If you need product yesterday and are willing to pay extra to get it, we will contact one of these distributors nearest you to determine if they have what you need in stock. While this isn't the cheapest route to go, if your back is against the wall with a project, it is an additional option to consider.

We understand the logistics of our market better than any of our competition. And being a volume wholesaler who moves millions of dollars worth of product, freight companies line up to vie for our business. This gives us leverage in negotiating for deep freight discounts, and as we don't look to make money on freight we pass these savings on to you.

All of our sales reps are well-schooled in logistics and know how to save you the most of freight. And they won't play any shell games with you, like lowering a product's cost while marking up freight 30%.

You're also free to arrange transport yourself, but as we're confident that we can save you money on freight we'd still like to present you with a freight quotation.
