Under normal circumstances, many orders (standard-sized Quick Ship products) leave our various distribution centers within 72 hours of ordering. Production lockers generally take 4-6 weeks.
Orders with custom parts may incur delays. During periods of high demand (such as "school season", May-September), orders may be delayed. All ground shipments leave the building on a first in, first out policy. Shipments to remote residential areas may experience additional carrier delays beyond our control. Tthe customer pays all shipping from our distribution centers.

Big Dog Warehouse, Inc. has a policy of shopping around for the best freight rates and passing the savings on to our customers. The customer is also free to arrange their own third-party shipping.
DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING: One, Two, and Three day express shipping can be obtained at the buyers expense. Cost is determined by weight, destination and class. We advise calling these rush orders into our customer service office: (877) 452-6900.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If you are ordering from outside the US, there will be an additional shipping fee that is not reflected during the checkout process. We will ship via USPS AIR or another air carrier and we will charge the actual shipping, insurance, & handling fee. The cost is determined by weight, destination and class. You can also telephone your international orders to our customer service department at (877) 452-6900.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Some items require additional shipping fees and we reserve the right to add them to an order. We reserve the right to charge extra for multiple box shipments.
RETURNS & DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Penco Products: No return shipments will be accepted without previous written factory authorization. A restocking charge of 25% or more with a minimum of $50.00 net will be levied on all authorized material subject to inspection for damage at the factory. Special orders including welded lockers or factory assembled products are NOT eligible for return. No credit will be issued for damaged material. Material returned without authorization will be refused. All return freight charges must be prepaid. Claims for damaged or lost material must be filed with the carrier. Claims for shortages must be made in writing to the main office within 72 hours from receipt of shipment.
